Privacy Policy

Updated October 16, 2026.

This notice explains how Sparkperch Gaming handles information when you visit sparkperch.com or contact us.

Contact messages and comments

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. We use those details to respond to inquiries and handle corrections. Please do not send passwords or payment information. If you leave a public comment, the comment and displayed author name may be visible to other visitors; your email address is not intended for public display.

Hosting, site statistics, and service providers

The site is hosted by WordPress.com and uses WordPress.com/Jetpack features, including site statistics and contact forms. Automattic processes technical information and interactions in connection with those services. Its visitor privacy notice describes information such as IP addresses, browser information, cookies, and form submissions, along with its uses and sharing practices. Contact messages may also be processed through the email service used to receive and answer them.

Advertising

This site does not currently display third-party advertising. If we add advertising in the future, we will update this notice first and provide any consent controls that apply in your region before ads begin.

If we enable Google advertising, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to deliver advertisements based on earlier visits to this site or other websites. You will be able to manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and learn more on Google’s partner-sites information page. Participating third-party advertising choices are also available through AboutAds.

Affiliate links

Some pages contain affiliate links, which are marked where they appear. Sparkperch Gaming participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. Using these links costs you nothing extra, and they do not change what we write: we describe products using official sources and say plainly what we have and have not verified. Amazon may use cookies to record that a purchase came from a link on this site; see Amazon’s own privacy notice for how it handles that information.

Cookies and your choices

Your browser lets you manage or delete cookies. Restricting cookies may affect some site features. WordPress.com’s provider explains its cookies in Automattic’s cookie policy.

External links

Links to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Rockstar Games, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Their handling of information is governed by those services.

Privacy requests, contact and retention

Use our contact form to ask about information you have sent us or request correction or deletion. Describe the request without sending additional sensitive information. Our retention policy is to delete resolved contact-form messages and associated routine correspondence after 12 months. Messages needed for an unresolved issue or a legal obligation may be kept longer. Copies held in provider backups are subject to the provider’s retention process. We will update this notice when the site’s features or data practices change.
